72 hrs is a human interest series that has been winning the hearts of it’s audience since launching in 2006. Some 300 episodes later it still tells the stories of ordinary people going about their daily life. The show follows 3 very simple rules. The Camera crew must stay in one spot for 72 hours, all editing and stories must follow chronological order, nobody is pre-cast. Whilst the interviews are short, they reveal much of the trials and tribulations of ordinary people with at times very deep reflections, humour and warm-heartedness.
